Jobs

ETOMIC

  • Dates 2004-2007
  • Memeber of the developing team
  • Development of Kernel
  • Development of WEB GUI
In 2004 I started to work into ETOMIC team by developing the kernel of the whole system. This kernel is a distributed multiuser scheduller. By using a WEB interface the kernel obtains data from database to make experiments in all the probes selected by every user. Experiments are configured by an specific user and the system provides to him a restrictive use of the machine in the reserved time. A maintenance task system was added to the kernel as a way to use the system in idle time. This tasks have low priority and they are deleted when a user task is introduced into the scheduler at the same time. With this add on we made a public data repository. Some test are done in the idle time of the system using selected probes. Everybody is allowed to download data or view plots by using the web interface without any kind of registration. It is an open meassures repository. This system can be used throught The WEB www.etomic.org

MOMENT

  • Dates 09/2009-12/2009
  • Member of the developing team
  • Development of an authentication library
In September of 2009 I moved to Stockholm for three months in order to work into SICS (Swedish Institude of Computer Science) I was working for the MOMENT project. During the time I stayed there I made an authentication library based on public and private key signatures. The client library develpment is based on javascript in order to be able to use it in any web. The client side library was also made for OpenLaszlo in order to be able to made more usable GUIs based on the Laszlo system. A client side library was coded in PHP too in order to able the server authenticate with others ones. In the server side a PHP library was done.
